Limit a formula based on the contents of another cell?

Postby dave7074 » Sun Apr 03, 2016 9:19 am

Hi,

I had previously posted a request regarding being able to choose multiple entries in a drop down list. I was able to find some VBA code online that allows me to select multiple items from my drop down list. Now I need to set up the formulas on the first sheet so that they only use numbers on a row if their program is selected.

This is a worksheet intended to give some insight into various academic programs and the scores and GPA that they choose.

So for example, in the row following the Georgetown program on the first sheet, when it is calculating the MAX, MIN and AVERAGE for the three scores and the GPA, I only want it to pull data on the second sheet from the rows that have Georgetown selected in the F column.

Thanks again for any help!
