Quickly select large ranges of cells

Postby Sisyphus » Wed Feb 01, 2012 12:23 am

Did you ever hold the mouse button while dragging the selection from A1 to A3000 and waiting for Excel to scroll down?
Actually, there is no need to do that. You can specify the range you want to select:
- From the Edit menu select Goto (You can also press Ctl+G)
- In the Reference field enter the address of the range you want to select.
- Press OK
Selected. Soo easy ! :D :D
Have a great day! :D

I do this for "honour and country" - much less of the latter, actually.
If I helped you, award points, plenty of them.
If I bored you, deduct points for being too long-winded. (I know, :lol)
