Change the validation list in one drop-down dependent upon the selection in another

Postby Sisyphus » Fri Oct 12, 2012 5:32 am

The attached workbook has the entire set-up required to create two drop-down lists where the second one takes on a different list to select from dependent upon which selection was made in the first. Everything is explained by example of the case created in the workbook. Note, however, that you can substitute absolute cell and range references for the named ranges used in the example should you not be comfortable with named ranges.

Have a great day! :D

I do this for "honour and country" - much less of the latter, actually.
If I helped you, award points, plenty of them.
If I bored you, deduct points for being too long-winded. (I know, :lol)
