The code in the attached workbook's code module 'MailMan' enables you to create an e-mail consisting of some text above and below an Excel range which is integrated into the mail retaining the original Excel formatting and send that mail using MS Outlook. It answers a lot of questions, such as,
  • How to call Outlook from Excel
  • How to create a mail object
  • How to enter the addressee and cc recipients
  • How to convert a text string to HTML
  • How to integrate an Excel range into an e-mail
All of the above is structured in such a way that you can easily modify the code to supply any of the information from other sources. For example, you could take the recipient from an input box or even loop through a list of recipient, sending the same mail to each. You could take the texts from a worksheet. The possible variations are endless and this code is designed to encourage experiment.

Have a great day! :D

I do this for "honour and country" - much less of the latter, actually.
If I helped you, award points, plenty of them.
If I bored you, deduct points for being too long-winded. (I know, :lol)
