I have 3 pivot tables in a sheet and for all data source and main filter is same. If i change main filter of first pivot table then it should change in all the pivot tables.
i am trying to do this in excel macro...can you help me on this?

Hi!
Are you wanting to do this for one often used filter or have the filter options update no matter what was selected from the first pivottable?

Hi,
Whenever i change the main filter in first pivot table same should apply for all the pivot tables in that sheet. I have 3 pivot tables in that sheet.

Try creating a Slicer connected to the field in the pivot table you want to filter. Slicers are visual filter boxes created for Excel version 2010.
