Sorry tashu, I removed the post.

I had asked that if this was your file you provide the password for the VBA or re-post the file with the password removed, but after bypassing the VBA password I could see the VBA has no bearing on your question.

You are in need of the formulas on the second sheet to use Countifs. The second If being the day of the month less than 16 or greater than 15.

I'm no good with formulas so I'll leave that to others.
