Create a Macro in the second sheet

Hi Guys!

Please could you help me as Im trying to create a macro wherein i paste my passenger lists and then in the second sheet it combines both passenger in one stateroom on a single row. So i can avoid sending two same letters instead of one. for Example mr & Mrs. Green instead of one to M. Green And the other one to Mrs, Green.
I have attached a excel sheet which indicates in the results what exactly I'm looking for.

Result: To send one letter to multiple passengers travelling in the same stateroom.
