I am writing outputs from an Access 2010 query to a cell in an Excel sheet using VBA; how do I stop text being truncated once written to a cell; at times there is no truncate but randomly texts are truncated mid sentence. Please advise.

Are you also using Excel 2010? Also, how long are the strings of text that you are inputting into the cell? Have you tested that the strings are not being truncated within the Macro itself before being input into a cell?
