Actually, the problem is slightly different from what you describe. It seems that you wish to pick up 2 columns and paste them to ONE destination cell. So, the existing code for defining the destination cell could be used without change. You would need to change the code to define the source range so that two columns are picked up instead of only one.

Hi

This is almost exactly what i wanted. so i copied and pasted your code. Thank you so much however i have another request please if you could help. Applying same rules and code for coy and paste from 1 sheet to the other. However if i want the row in sheet 1 to delete itsself once it is pasted onto the sheet 2. how can i do that
