Summing Up Conditional Cells

Postby Alex G » Fri Dec 30, 2011 1:11 pm

I have a spreadsheet with some cells under a certain color coat conditional formatting. I do I setup to sum up the number of cells that meet that condition.

Hi,
Use the SUMIF() function and make the condition the same as you use for coloring the cells. :D

I do this for "honour and country" - much less of the latter, actually.
If I helped you, award points, plenty of them.
If I bored you, deduct points for being too long-winded. (I know, :lol)
