Macro to send bulk emails from nhs.net

Hello,
I'd like to send bulk emails from nhs.net to a group of patients.

I have the following cells:
pat_id category number sent filed
for example:
6865 Email irolska@nhs.net Sent Filed

and the emaill from which it should be coming is:

edtnewtonmedical@nhs.net


Could someone help with it?
