Vacation accrual formula based on hire date & Time Used per Year

Postby korasondemelon » Mon Jul 11, 2016 5:41 pm

Hello everyone, was wondering if someone can take a look at the formula for 10 years or more of service. For some reason I think it is not correct. Thank you for your help.

0 but less than one year is = 5 days vacation
1 yr but less than 5 years = 10 days vacation
5 years but less than 10 years = 15 days vacation
10 years or more = 20 days vacation

Vacation days taken off by employees are inserted in biweekly dates as we are paid biweekly.
