Whenever I copy vertical columns of data from a website and paste it to my spreadsheet, it always pastes it horizontally instead of vertically! When I copy vertical columns from "my spreadsheet" and paste it, it pastes vertically as I've copied it. Why the differance from a website?

Hello azaba,
What you describe is called "transpose" and is a function of Paste Special. You should be able to get or not get this functionality at your will and not Excel's. Read morea bout this at the following link:
