Calculate Total experience of a person

Hello every one,

I am trying to calculate the total experience of a person. I have two fields to consider..

First field ast experience= 7.3 (7years 3 months)
Second Field:- date of Joining in current place : 20-Aug-12

Now I need to calculate what is his total experience as on 31-mar-16. Pls help.
