Multiple Formulas in one cell

How can I put 2 formulas in one cell
Formula 1 will be a cell being = to another cell

Example Cell A1 in Sheet1 will equal Cell D2 in sheet2

Formula 2 will copy commets

Example Cell A1 In sheet will copy the comment from Cell D2 in sheet2
