Request for Help , in PIVOTing text values and GETPIVOTDATA

Hi Sirs ,
hope you are all well .
thanks for this forum , it is my first time visiting to your forum .
I need your help .
i have an excel data , for the factory i'm working in . I'm a team leader , I'm transfering the situation to the management , usually through summery spreadsheet , using Pivot tables , charts ...
our data is becoming bigger by time , and though LAN it became very slow .
in the file attached , is a senario about how I work , and what i need .
I do appreciate if anyone can help me using "Pivot for large numbers of txt values, or by getting all pivot data via GETPIVOT DATA .
