Permutations that reach a desired value

Hello, I need help to create a specific matrix.

I'will explain:

I want to create a four collum matrix filled with radom numbers between 1 and 6. This matrix should return all the possible permutations that the sum of each line may be equal to a specif number (for example 17).

I saw this link:

However i want to return all the possibilities that reach a desired value in a kind of matrix.
Is this possible?
