Seeking Help to resolve, Reference from two specific cells of specific text then make addition in another cell.

I am preparing a worksheet where I want to take a,
Reference of specific text from Cell A1, if cell A1 contain a text "yes"
then look on Cell A2,
if A2 has text "February" then plus 1 in the value of Cell A3 and show in Cell A4.
if Cell A1 is "No" but Cell A2 is "February" then keep the Cell A4 blank
but
if Cell A2 contain any other value except "February" formula should plus 1 always in Cell A3 value and show in Cell A4.

I am not expert in excel, consider me a binger and advise please.
An expert guidance can solve my problem as well as can be help me to learn.

That's a little confusing, a few conditions missing.

Conditions for A3:
IF A1="Yes" and A2="February" then A3=+1
IF A1="No" and A2="February" then A3= ????
IF A1= anything???? and A2<>"February" then A3=+1

Conditions for A4:
IF A1="Yes" and A2="February" then show in A4
IF A1= anything???? and A2<>"February" then show in A4
Otherwise leave blank.

Where you say "plus 1 in Cell A3"....Does that mean show a 1 in A3? If it means add 1 to the existing number in A3 then I believe you'll need a VBA macro to do it.
Where you say "show in A4" what do you want to show in A4 exactly?
