My PivotTable has a field "Age" (of employees). I need the field Grouped, but not by even intervals as Excel allows.
Eg 15-24 then 25-45 and then 46-78
Not as Excel groups...
15-24
25-39
40-54
55-64
>= 65
Is it possible?
Thanks for your help

Hi and welcome to the forum!
I don't think you're going to be able to do that without amending the source data. Basically, you'd need to add another column to the source data, do the necessary calculations there and add that column to the PivotTable report.

Ok, thanks Don. I'm sure I could do this easily enough in previous versions of Excel? If I have to input another column into the source data anyway it kind of makes the pivot table unnecessary.
Thanks...
