Average last 3 non-blank cells in columns...

Yeeeeehaw! Using your ideas and some others I found this morning and some others from one of my engineer collegues, I was able to put together this formula: =AVERAGE(IF(COLUMN($D4:DJ4)>=LARGE(IF($D4:DJ4,COLUMN($D4:DJ4)),6),IF($D4:DJ4,$D4:DJ4)))/(LOOKUP("EOM",DK3:DO3,COLUMN(DK3:DO3))-LOOKUP("EOM",DE3:DJ3,COLUMN(DE3:DJ3))-1)----but it has to close with Ctrl+Shift+Enter. I don't quite understand why I have to close it using those keys, but it works!

Now I can play with it!!!
