Excel Border width not consistent

Postby Tom Coss » Thu Dec 29, 2011 11:14 am

I am trying to put a border around a group of cells, to be used as a catalog cover. Problem is, the border prints wider on the right column than it does on the left column. Anything I can do about this ??

Thanks for anything that might help

Hi there!

Select the cells that contain the border and then right-click and select "Format Cells...." Then, in the box that pops-up, go to the Border tab and use these options to apply a border. Look to the options on the left under where it says "Style" in order to get the desired thickness and look of the border and then use the options on the right to apply or remove the border.

hope this helps :)
