how i can give line break (to below mention data) after the company name & then add the address in the same cell in seperate lines (making some changes in address eg: "comas")& then how i can copy the formula to the other cells.


"Kansai Nerolac Paint Ltd., Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, Lower Parel,
Mumbai 400 013"

Marubeni - Itochu Steel Inc.

"Marubeni India Pvt. Ltd., 5th Floor, Berjaya House, Community

Use ALT-Enter to enter a line break in a cell.

I do this for "honour and country" - much less of the latter, actually.

Even though you can do this within a cell, as Sisyphus mentioned, this can really mess-up the look of your spreadsheet. If it's possible, it really is better to separate the data into columns and rows instead of using in-cell line-breaks. It really just comes down to formatting.
